Terms & Conditions

  1. Gift cards purchased at one of our participating pubs can only be used for purchases made in one of our pubs. Pubs where you can purchase gift cards from are limited to the following: Archibald Knox, The Bridge, The British, Cat with No Tail, Colby Glen, The Crosby, The George, The Highwayman, Horse & Plough, The Mitre, Oscar’s, The Prospect, The Queens, The Raven, The Swan, The Station, The Terminus and The Whitestone.
  2. Gift cards can be activated with a minimum value of £5 and have the maximum value of £100.00.
  3. Gift cards will be valid for 12 months from the activation point or from the last transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on the expiry of the validity point.
  4. Gift cards are not redeemable, nor exchanged, for cash (including any unused balance).
  5. Gift cards are not a cheque guarantee card, credit card, debit card or charge card.
  6. For card’s balances, please take your card to your nearest pub for a member of our team to check.
  7. If the amount of your transaction falls below the card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
  8. If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the gift card.
  9. The Company is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen gift cards or use of the card without your permission. Protect the gift card as you would cash.
  10. Gift cards are not available for resale.
  11. Receipt of a gift card does not automatically guarantee purchase of an item. The gift card must be present at the time of transaction in order to be redeemed.
  12. The Company may amend eligible purchases and locations for redemption with appropriate and reasonable notice by updating these terms and conditions at https://pubsandbars.im/gift-cards-terms-conditions/
  13. The Company may also take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of the card if at its discretions, if it deems such actions necessary.
