Roles and Responsibilities:

General Manager:

Overseeing Public House Operations:

· Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring high standards of service.

· Maintain inventory control and optimise stock levels.

· Implement and enforce health and safety protocols.

Team Development:

· Recruit, train, and lead a motivated and customer-focused team.

· Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Business Development:

· Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts.

· Identify opportunities for improvement and implement operational efficiencies.

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

Event Planning:

· Plan and execute events to enhance customer experience.

· Coordinate with the kitchen team for special event menus.

· Ensure seamless event logistics and customer satisfaction.

Kitchen Manager:

Head Chef:

· Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food.

· Develop creative and appealing menus in line with customer preferences.

· Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Kitchen Compliance and Management:

· Monitor kitchen processes to maintain compliance with health and safety standards.

· Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control.

· Implement and maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols.

Accommodation and Induction:

· Accommodation will be provided during the induction period on the Isle of Man.

· Short-term accommodation will be arranged for the initial settling-in period.
